Bollywood News : Media Boycotts Saif And Kareena For Being Late

Most of the Bollywood stars are known for coming late for shoots or for any event. Some of them might be thinking it adds to their star power. Recently, Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor had to pay price for being late. The couple was boycotted by the media as they reached the venue two hours late.
Saif was supposed to reach the venue with his girlfriend Kareena at a five-star hotel in Juhu on Monday evening. They were supposed to attend a press conference for a shoe brand, which they endorse. The couple was supposed to reach the venue by 8pm but they came at 10pm. The media kept waiting for them for two hours but then they left the venue.
Later, Saif apologized for the delay but the actors were not spared for such unpunctuality. The actor said that they were stuck in traffic as it was ‘Bisarjan’ day. They might have never thought that media would react like this but it happened. When the media was leaving the venue, Saif and Bebo were entering but they did not bother to wait for them anymore.
An eyewitness was quoted saying that the media arrived little early before the set time of 8pm. After waiting for some time, they media people asked the organizers about the actors. They were informed that the couple will arrive soon but it did not happen in next two hours and they got irritated. The media was already fuming by the time they saw the couple entering the venue so refused to stay back for the stars. They could not understand how they took more than two hours to reach Juhu from their place at Bandra as that distance could be covered in 30 minutes.
On the other hand, Riddhi Walia, media relation manager of the event, added fuel to this incident by saying that one particular photographer instigated the entire media to leave because he had some personal vendetta against the stars. She added that they were genuinely stuck in the traffic.
Well, that must be a very influential photographer, who has been able to convince the entire media to boycott these big stars!
